All licensed Real Estate Agents are required to have a written in-house complaints and dispute resolution procedure.
Information about kiwi Realtors complaints and disputes resolution processes is shown below. Clients and customers may access the Real Estate Agents Authority complaints process without first using the Kiwi Realtors complaints process. Any use of the Kiwi Realtors complaints process does not preclude a complaint to the REAA.
